These Terms govern your use of LeadGreen (the “Service”) at leadgreen.skyelevate.co.uk and related software (including the Chrome extension and dashboard). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
LeadGreen provides LinkedIn outreach management tools: ICP targeting helpers, connection/message workflows, pipeline tracking, and related features. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
- Provide accurate contact and billing information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate LinkedIn’s terms, robots rules, or applicable law
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, warm-up, or safety controls in a reckless way
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service except as allowed by law
- Upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights
LinkedIn accounts can be restricted by LinkedIn. You use automation and outreach tools at your own risk. We do not guarantee LinkedIn account safety or specific accept/reply/meeting rates.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans and the paid trial are described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) where applicable. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s checkout terms.
- Prices are typically shown in USD and may include or exclude taxes as displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the plan you select.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
LeadGreen branding, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own templates and customer data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to operate the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with LinkedIn, Paddle, hosting providers, and browsers. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any specific business results.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR LINKEDIN ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (OR £50 IF GREATER AND REQUIRED BY LAW). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. You may stop using the Service and cancel per the Refund Policy / Paddle customer portal flows.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires otherwise. Material changes may be notified by email or site notice.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you mandatory rights elsewhere.
Terms FAQ
Can LeadGreen guarantee my LinkedIn account will not be restricted?
No. LinkedIn controls account enforcement. LeadGreen provides safer defaults, but you remain responsible for compliant use.
Who processes my payment?
Paddle processes checkout as Merchant of Record where applicable. You also agree to Paddle’s checkout terms at purchase.
Where can I cancel or request a refund?
See the Refund Policy. You can also email info@skyelevate.co.uk or use the Paddle customer portal link in your receipt.
Which law applies?
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
