1. Who we are

LeadGreen is a UK-based software product that helps founders and sales teams manage LinkedIn outreach (ICP targeting, sequences, follow-ups, and meeting tracking). Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record where applicable.

2. Information we collect

• Account & contact data — name, email, company name, support messages you send us.
• Billing data — handled primarily by Paddle. We may receive transaction status, plan, and limited customer identifiers needed to deliver access. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Product usage data — settings you configure (e.g. ICP filters, templates), campaign metrics, and technical logs needed to run the service.
• Website data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and basic analytics cookies or similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve LeadGreen
• Process trials and subscriptions via Paddle
