LinkedIn outreach benchmarks 2026: accept rate, reply rate, meeting rate
Benchmarks stop you guessing. These ranges come from founder-led B2B outreach (ops, manufacturing, property, services) managed in a pipeline dashboard.
Core ranges (cold B2B)
- Accept rate: 20-35% is healthy. Below 15% usually means weak ICP or weak notes. Above 40% often means a warm network or a narrow niche.
- Reply rate (after connect): 5-10% on cold threads is solid. 8% is a useful planning number.
- Meeting rate: From active conversations, 20-40% can convert to a call when the offer is clear. At pipeline level, 6+ meetings per month is a realistic founder target with steady daily volume.
What "good" looks like weekly
Example: 60 connection invites, ~34% accepts (~20), ~8% reply from the connected set, and 1-2 meetings if follow-ups are consistent. Scale volume only after the ratios hold.
How to use benchmarks
- Fix accept rate first (ICP + notes).
- Then fix reply rate (first DM timing + offer clarity).
- Then fix meeting rate (CTA + calendar friction).
